Creamy Baked Chicken

Cut up chicken pieces to total approximately 3 pounds

1 - (10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted

1 - (10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted

8 oz. sour cream ( 1 cup)

1/2 cup chopped chives

1/4 cup water

salt and pepper to taste

1/2 teaspoon paprika

cayenne pepper (optional)

Place chicken in a greased 9 x 13 x 2" baking dish.
In a mixing bowl, combine the soups, sour cream, water, chives, salt, and pepper,
mixing well, until blended. Spoon mixture over chicken and sprinkle with paprika and
additional cayenne pepper, if desired to add spice to the recipe.

Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 1 hour, or until chicken juices run clear.

Makes about 6 servings!
