Main Street Theater Hosts
Business After Hours, Thursday
by: Bobby McDonald
The Community Players at Main Street Theater hosted Thursday night's Business After Hours, to introduced their summer workshop and promote their Creative Spirit plays that have been produced by members of the organization.
Following an introduction on Thursday night, and a welcome, members of the theater troupe presented three one-act plays for guests that will be among those presented on Friday and Saturday night's, June 1st and June 2nd, at the Main Street Theater. The plays written, directed, and cast by members of the organization, demonstrate just what talent the local theater group has within its membership.

"It was great to learn just what all is going on at the theater," advised Chamber Director, Meredith Caddell. "They offer a wide variety of events and opportunities for members of our community, of all ages, to learn, participate, and become involved in theater!"
This is a scene from "Two Old Soldiers," a one-act play written by local theater troupe member,
Christopher Mitchell, and directed by Molly Fitch.
