Hospice at Memorial Hosts
Wildcat Tailgate Party for
Business After Hours
by: Bobby McDonald

It was a giant Wildcat Tailgate Party hosted by Hospice at Memorial, on Tuesday afternoon, "live" from their parking lot, on Church Street. Complete with hot dogs, popcorn, drinks, and yes, the Wildcat Band Drum Corps, the event attracted a large crowd of local business men and women, as they networked, visited, and enjoyed great food and fellowship.

"It's our opportunity to introduce our services to the community and to have fun meeting everyone for a great time," expressed Liz Etzhorn, General Manager. "We're the locally owned Hospice in Sulphur Springs and offer a variety of services to the greater Hopkins County area, as a part of Hopkins County Memorial Hospital."

Following a number of door prizes being awarded, the Wildcat Band Drum Corps arrived and entertained the crowd, as they were joined by Hopkins County Dairy Festival Queen and Wildcat Mascot, Molly Millsap. They even convinced members of the Hospice staff to join them in a cheer!

"It was one of the most fun Business After Hours, we've had in a while," acknowledged Chamber CEO, Meredith Caddell. "It was great food and relaxed atmosphere, that I think was enjoyed by all! And, the weather was perfect!"
