Local Seniors Enjoy Casino Night,
in Civic Center, Saturday

It was a large crowd of local senior citizens, that converged on the Hopkins County Regional Civic Center, "tempting Lady Luck" as they enjoyed one of the most popular Senior activities, Casino Night, on Saturday evening. Games of chance were featured in a Las Vegas styled setting, with senior competing for a number of prizes, awarded by local businesses.

Sponsor of the annual event is the Hopkins County Marketers Association, who also serve as the "dealers" for the event.

 

 

 

 

Dale Sprague went home with the "High Roller of the Night" award Saturday Night. He racked up $ 260,000.00 at Casino Night.

"It was another successful event, as everyone had a wonderful time!" expressed Karon Weatherman, as she finished the event, on Saturday night. "It's one of our most popular events and the competition for the prizes gets to be quite keen!"
