Thank you to everyone who attended the NETX Heart of Hope Ribbon Cutting

Heart of Hope is a non-profit pregnancy resource center for Hopkins County and surrounding areas.  The services are completely FREE and include pregnancy testing, sonogram, advocacy and support services, parenting classes, Bible studies for women and men, adoption referrals and much more.  All support services and classes will be available to the mother and father and their extended family.  Contact them at 127 Gilmer Street, 903-440-1665, Email: NETheartofhope@gmail.com or visit their website at www.sulphurspringspregnancy.com.

 

Business After Hours at Hampton Inn, TONIGHT, Thursday, June 28th! Please join us!

Don’t miss the business after hours at the Hampton Inn, tonight from5:00-6:30.  They will have beer, wine and finger foods out by their beautiful pool, so please stop by on your way home from work for a great evening!

 

Independence Day Celebration on the Beautiful new Square, Saturday, June 30th beginning at 6:30

Please join us for the Independence Day Celebration on the Square featuring the Northeast Texas Symphony Orchestra along with the Northeast Texas Choral Society!  This year they will be dedicating the Veterans Memorial at 6:30, with the concert and fireworks following! The concert and fireworks are underwritten by Alliance Bank, GSC Enterprises and Peoples Communication.  Please make sure to tell each of these businesses thank you for making this even possible!!

 

 

 

Information about the Veteran’s Memorial!

As we are watching the beautiful memorial being built to recognize the men and women that have served our country, many people are wanting to make sure their special veteran is on the wall.  Here is what you need to do to make that happen.  Please fill out the Veterans application (may be picked up at the Chamber office).  Enclose a copy of the veteran’s DD-214 (honorable discharge papers) and include a $50 check.  Also, if you would like for their picture to be included on the kiosk, you may scan it in a jpeg format at email it to pamelli53@gmail.com.  If emailing a picture, please make sure that the name on the form matches the name in the subject line of the email.   If you have questions, you may go the their website at www.hcvm.org.
