Information about the Veteran’s Memorial!
As we are watching the beautiful memorial being built to recognize the men and women that have served our country, many people want to make sure their special veteran is on the wall. Here is what you need to do to make that happen. Please fill out the Veterans application (may be picked up at the Chamber office). Enclose a copy of the veteran’s DD-214 (honorable discharge papers) and include a $50 check. Also, if you would like for their picture to be included on the kiosk, you may scan it in a jpeg format at email it to pamelli53@gmail.com. If emailing a picture, please make sure that the name on the form matches the name in the subject line of the email. If you have questions, you may go the their website at www.hcvm.org.
