Shadow Ranch Ribbon Cutting, Tuesday, August 31st.
Make a difference in a person’s life; Get involved with Shadow Ranch Therapeutic Center
We had a wonderful ribbon cutting at Shadow Ranch Therapeutic Riding Center. The facility is designed to provide therapy and life skills development through structured therapeutic programs for children and adults with special needs. Shadow Ranch is a non-profit organization, serving a 9 county area. The riding programs will benefit its students physically, psychologically and socially! If you would like to volunteer or find out how to become more involved, please call Marion Cox at 903-612-4260 or visit the center at 4388 I-30 West, Brashear!
Pictured in the photo are 2 of the therapy horses along with the many volunteers that it takes to provide quality, dependable therapy for people with disabilities, and many Chamber board members, ambassadors and community supporters!
Shadow Ranch plans to host a Labor Day Hoedown, on Monday, September 6th, from noon until 4:00 p.m.,
inviting the public to become acquainted with their facility.
The VFW will have the Grand Opening of their new Canteen on Saturday, September 4th at 2:00pm
