"Construction Zone" was the theme for the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Vacation that was conducted at the church this week, in the Birch Creek Community. "Materials and decorations reflected a construction zone, where students were under construction." denoted Kerry Wright, one of the instructors. "We had approximately 60 students enrolled in the classes throughout the week."
Classes were conducted from 6:30 until 8:30 p.m., nightly and offered students spiritual instruction that would aid them in being better church members and community citizens.
"And, it was all fun," quipped B.J. Stribling, Jr.
Students at the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Vacation Bible School enjoy a break and time to
play games outside the Fellowship Hall, between sessions of the spiritual guidance they received.
"We had a successful week of events," reflected Ann Stribling, as she come to get her children on Friday night. "They've been taught from God's word and they've had the opportunity to enjoy fellowship with others who are interested in learning about Jesus. What more could you ask from a Vacation Bible School?"
