

A Royal Invitation to Attend
Cinderella
Shining Star Productions is gearing up for its summer theatre production of Disney's “Cinderella”. The classic fairytale will come to life on stage under the direction of Amanda Thompson Brandenburgh, and will feature a cast and crew of thirty-five extremely talented young performers ranging in age from 5 to 17.
Performance dates are Friday, July 20th and Saturday, July 21st at 7:00 p.m. and Sunday, July 22nd at 2:30 p.m., at the Hopkins County Regional Civic Center. A special performance featuring a younger version of the cast will be held on Saturday, July 21st at 2:30 pm. Tickets will go on sale Monday, July 8th and may be purchased from any cast member or from Alliance Bank and the Hopkins County Regional Civic Center Ticket Booth. Advance tickets will be $10.00 for all performances or $12.00 at the door.

A Royal Table Brunch will also be held for all young princesses and knights of the realm. This special event is available by reservation only and will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 21st, at the Hopkins County Regional Civic Center. Each young princess or knight will receive a special royal invitation from the palace and will be treated to a formal royal table brunch. After dining, each young girl will be crowned princess with a beautiful rhinestone tiara and the young men shall be knighted with sword and shield by the king. All royalty will also receive a commemorative 5x7 portrait with Cinderella and her enchanted carriage, a ticket to the performance date of their choice, a special backstage tour, and a sneak peek at one of the musical numbers from the show. Tickets for this special event are $25.00 and seating is limited to 50.
