Classic Cars Come to Hopkins County
For Friday and Saturday

Remember those classic cars from the 40's and 50's? Well, there's one to fit anyone's taste, here in Hopkins County for the weekend, as the Texas V-8 Classic Car Show is hosted in Hopkins County. Car owners enjoyed an ice cream social on Thursday night, as they began arriving. They toured the airport on Friday morning and made their way to Heritage Park for lunch, while their wives enjoyed a tour of the historic Hopkins County Courthouse. Then, they will have a dinner on Friday night, at The Lodge, and a banquet at the Hopkins County Regional Civic Center, on Saturday night. Meanwhile, you'll be seeing them drive all around Hopkins County in the "Classic Cars, Cows, and Country" event!
