graduates at Como-Pickton Awards Assembly.

 

 

It was a  night of celebration, on Tuesday night, as the the Como-Pickton School held their annual Academic Banquet and then on Wednesday morning hosted their annual Awards Assembly, to honor outstanding students and to award scholarships to graduating seniors. Top students were presented "cords" to wear at commencement exercises and the 2012 Valedictorian and Salutatorian were named. Heading the Class of 2012 academically, was senior Chelsea Lessing, and ranking second in the classs was Megan McCoy.

Approximately 40 scholarships were earned by the Class of 2012 at Como-Pickton High School, totaling over $339,000.00.
