

Como-Pickton FFA "Makes a Haul"
at State Fair Ag Mechanics Show

CP FFA exhibited three projects at the State Fair of Texas Ag Mech Show. A BBQ smoker trailer, a 15ft bumper pull stock trailer and a 24ft gooseneck flatbed trailer.
All three projects received blue ribbons. The stock trailer and the flatbed gooseneck won 1st in their class. The flatbed went on to win 1st place in the Trailer Division and Reserve Grand Champion of the show.

“The CP FFA had a great day at the State Fair of Texas Ag Mechanics Show,” stated Vocational Agriculture Teacher, Michael Bowen. "We couldn't hardly have done better and it's evident of the hard work the students had applied to getting these projects ready for the show and knowing the material to tell the judges what they had done!"
