Cumby High School Hosts
Trojan Sweetheart Dance, Saturday

It was a day of dancing in Cumby, on Saturday, as the Senior Class hosted this year's Trojan Sweetheart Dance. The dance was to raise funds for the Senior Trip and provided first a dance for elementary aged students, on Saturday afternoon. Then, from 6:30 until 8:30 a dance was provided for the Junior High, and the day ended with a high school dance from 9:00 p.m. until midnight.

"It was a great day of dancing and fun for the students and helped the senior class raise funds for their annual senior trip, coming up this spring," explained Senior Class Sponsor, Barbara Woodruff. "I think everyone had a great time and we raised some funds to use for the senior trip!"

Members of the Senior Class served refreshments, played the music as the D.J., and helped with each of the dances offered for Cumby ISD students.
