Cumby Senior Headed For
TAMU-C Honors Program

Cumby High School senior, Courney Crumpton, has been notified this week that she has been accepted in the TAMU-C Honors Program. A spring graduate of Cumby High School and the daughter of Joey and Stacy Crumpton, Courtney will receive a $55,000.00 scholarship to aid in her college studies.

Courtney has also received a $6,000.00 Academic Excellence Scholarship and is already a participant in the distinguished student program, where she has earned 21 college hours, toward her degree plan!

 

 

"Courtney is one of those outstanding students who has 'tended to business' and planned ahead, for her college career," expressed members of the faculty at Cumby High School. "She's earned a great scholarship and already is well on her way to having her first two semesters of college studies completed by the time she graduates from high school. We're extremely proud of her accomplishments and attention to her future career!"
