ladies were recognized for their leadership and contribution to the program.

Cumby Lady Trojans to Play For
District Crown, Friday Night

Cumby Lady Trojan fans and volleyball supporters will be focused on Miller Grove, Friday afternoon, at 5:00 p.m., when the Lady Trojans take their 9-1 District Record to the court, against Fruitvale, who is also 9-1 for the season. Both teams have accumulated only one loss in the regular season and it has been against each other. The Lady Trojans beat Fruitvale in the first round of play, while Fruitvale "edged-out" the Lady Trojans in a five set match-up, during the second round of the district schedule. Plan on the action being intense and the gym being packed with fans from both teams. The winner takes the District Crown into post season play-off action.

 

 

   

 

On Tuesday night, the Lady Trojans defeated the Yantis Lady Owls in a four set match-up, that wasn't easy, as the Lady Owls offered a force that prepared the Lady Trojans for the action they will be seeing Friday afternoon.
