Enjoy Wednesday Concert

Texas Red Dirt Music Performer and former competitor on "The Voice," Curtis Grimes, pleased the residents at Sulphur
Springs Health & Rehab Center, on Wednesday, as he presented songs, including George Strait's "Amarillo By Morning."
It was a special treat for residents of Sulphur Springs Health & Rehab Center, on Wednesday morning, when Texas Red Dirt Music Performer, Curtis Grimes, made an impromptu stop and found time to entertain them, with some of his music. Grimes, a native of Gilmer, Texas, and a graduate of Harmony High School, was making a radio promotional tour, when he stopped in Sulphur Springs' Star Country Studio and then decided to make an appearance at SSH&R.
"We're excited about him coming!" exclaimed both the residents and staff at Sulphur Springs Health & Rehab. "Many of us watched him on the popular T.V. competition, The Voice, last season!"
Grimes, who is promoting his new hit single "Impossible," provided several songs for the residents at Sulphur Springs Health & Rehab, then visited with residents, as they asked him a number of questions about his music career.
And, many of the residents were able to demonstrate their own talent, as they awaited Grimes to make his appearance, on Wednesday. Residents sang, danced, and even led the group in a couple of cheers, as they awaited the musical entertainment. Enjoy the following photos of residents and staff, on Wednesday:

"This is just what our residents needed, today, after having all been moved to the center halls, yesterday, as the threat of tornadoes, had everyone concerned," allowed staff member, Stacy Wetzel. "It was great to have some fun and enjoy today's sunshine!"
Residents enjoyed the program so much, that they escorted Grimes out
the door and to his truck!
