
Dairy Classic Sale Grosses Over $25,000.
For County Youth

It was a great ending to their projects, as county youth participating in the 2012 Dairy Classic Program grossed over $25,000.00 in the Dairy Classic Sale held at Sulphur Springs Livestock Commission Company, on Thursday, at 1:00 p.m.
Youth, who had participated in the Classic Show, during the Northeast Texas Dairy Show, brought their award winning animals to be sold at a premium, paid by local businesses.

A number of local businesses invested "add on" money to each of the exhibitor's animals, making the total gross for the sale, over $25,000.00.
A special thanks is extended to all of the businesses that purchased animals and provided "add on" money to the youth's projects. Lunch was provided by DairyMAX, for the buyers, prior to the sale.
