Saturday morning's annual Dairy Festival Dairy Foods Show, found local cooks using dairy products to create some "mouth-watering" delights for the panel of five judges.

Judges for the event included: Erik Sandberg, a Student Intern from Texas A&M Commerce; Shannon Cox, a Hospital Educator; Dan Watson, a former judge and gourmet cook; Georgia Gafford, with the Hopkins County Food Bank; and Betty Weir, a member of the Hopkins County Extension Club. They all affirmed that the judging of this year's entries were tough. "We had some really tough choices, as the foods were outstanding," commented judge Erik Sandberg.
