New Officers and Reorganization of Board
at Downtown Business Meeting, Monday Night

The Downtown Business Alliance conducted their annual meeting, on Monday night, at 5:15 p.m., and appointed a new board of directors and elected officers, as well as conducting some business on the agenda.

Named to the board of directors for a two-year term were: Joy Wilson, John Reed, Lonnie Fox, Polly Swatsell, Billie Ruth Standbridge, Brittany Wilson, Lynda Hager, and Rita Edwards.

 

 

The board of directors for the Downtown Business Alliance will be: John Reed, Lonnie Fox, Rita Edwards,
Brittany Wilson, Joy Wilson, Polly Swatsell, Lynda Hager, and Billie Ruth Standbridge.

 

 

 

 

 

During the business session of the meeting, the group announced plans for the upcoming Car Show, that will be held on October 27th, and began making plans for the Fall History Walk, that will be conducted by John Sellers.

Following the meeting, the new board organized with the election of new officers for the upcoming year. They will be: John Reed, President; Lonnie Fox, Vice-President; Brittany Wilson, Secretary; and Lynda Hager, Treasurer.
