Dixie Belles Defeat Fannin County 10-6
Monday Night, to Stay in Contention For Championship

It was a great night of softball, on Monday night, as the Hopkins County Dixie Belles defeated Fannin County, to remain in contention for a state title, at Coleman Park. The Belles will advance to the Semi-Finals, at 7:00 p.m., Tuesday night, against Alto or Red River. The Belles advanced to an early 2-0 lead, but found themselves losing ground to 4-2 deficit in the third inning. However, they fought back and won the game 10-6, to keep their hopes alive.
