Northeast Texas Farmers Co-op
Hosts Spring Expo, Tuesday
by: Bobby McDonald
It may be hard to believe, but it's time to think about spring gardening! That and keeping cattle and other livestock nutrition to the optimum, as spring grasses arrive, were just two of the focuses of Tuesday's Northeast Texas Farmer's Co-op Spring Expo. The staff at Co-op threw open the doors and had a number of helpful displays to help home gardeners, livestockmen, and just hobby farmers get ready for the upcoming spring and summer season.
"We try to introduce new products, offer information for profitability, and promote agriculture, with our annual Spring Expo," advised Brad Johnson, Manager of the Northeast Texas Farmer's Co-op. "And, its always an opportunity to tell our customers just how much we appreciate their business and offer a delicious lunch for everyone!"

"It's one of the highlights here in Northeast Texas," continued Johnson. "Everyone gets to come out and gain some new ideas and information, and take it home to apply to their home or farm!"
Tuesday's expo offered a number of helpful hints for both the homeowner and the farmer and rancher!
