Althought the temperatures in the area could have been cooler, there wasn't a cloud in the skies for Monday's annual Fall Festival Golf Tournament, hosted at the Links at Land's End, on Lake Fork. Twenty golfing teams were divided into two flights, with the City National Bank Team of Wyatt, Gee, Fenton, Johnston, Sapaugh, and Rade turning-in the overall low gross score of the day and being named the champions.

 

 

 

 

Results of Monday's event was as follows:

Flight#1

1st Place - City National Bank (53)   Wyatt, Gee, Fenton, Johnston, Sapaugh, Rade

2nd Place - Potts Concrete (53) Potts, Tucker, Brooks, Crawford, Littlefield, Huckabee

3rd Place - K-Lake Radio (53) Whitney, Hand, Wellson, Brown, McMillian, Ross

The manicured greens and landscaping at Land's End showed hours of watering
throughout the summer and provided a scenic day of golfing......

However, Lake Fork is showing the signs of the prolonged Texas drought!!!
