Guaranty Bond Bank Gets
"Flocked" For Charity
by: Bobby McDonald
If you've driven by Guaranty Bond Bank's location on Gilmer Street, you can't help but notice the "lovely" flock of pink flamingoes displayed all across their front lawn. Well, the flock of flamingoes arrived on Thursday afternoon, compliments of somebody. I called Lynda Hager, marketing director, on Thursday afternoon and she didn't even know that the "flock" had arrived. Shortly, she called back and apprised me that it was a fundraiser from the Super Handy-Atwoods Relay for Life Team.
The flamingoes had arrived "courtesy" of someone else that had been "flocked" and will be flying to some other location, when Guaranty Bond Bank offers their donation to the team! Go by and tell Craig Roberts and his crew at Guaranty Bond Bank how much you like his yard ornaments and help them decide where the flock will be flying next! By Friday afternoon, you might see the flock flying to their next destination!!!

"It's all in fun!" exclaimed Roberts. "And, it's going to a worthy cause to raise money for cancer research in an effort for Relay for Life!"
If you have someone you want "flocked" contact the Super Handy-Atwoods Team and I'm almost certain they can accommodate your wishes!
Congratulations, Guaranty Bond Bank!!!
