Lady Cats Fall to Sherman
In Play-Off Bid, Monday Night

The Lady Cats and their fans traveled to Wills Point on Monday night for the Bi-District Competition and came home with disappointment and frustration, following a hard-fought game. The Lady Cats led at the end of the first period and advanced their lead to 10 points in the early part of the 2nd quarter. However, the Sherman Lady Bobcats "poured it on" and a last second shot before the halftime buzzer, put the Lady Bobcats up by two, going into the halftime intermission.

The third and fourth quarters found the Lady Cats struggling to make points and getting into foul problems, as they saw their season come to an end.

Lady Cats     15    10    7    12   =  44

Sherman        9     18   15   21   =  63
