Lowe's Makes Donation to Veteran's Memorial,

It was at a ceremony, on Thursday, that Steve Carmody, Manager of the local Lowe's in Sulphur Springs, presented a donation to the Hopkins County Veteran's Memorial Committee. "Steve asked me if we would accept construction material for a donation, and I was quick to tell him that we would!" expressed a grateful Clayton McGraw, Chairman of the Memorial Committee. "Steve indicated they could make an even larger donation, if we'd take the gift in construction products from the store, and we needed them, so it worked great for all of us!"

Joining Manager, Steve Carmody, and representing Lowe's were, Ben Dickson, Assistant Manager, Cherly Owsley, Penny Ingle, and Jermekie King, H R Manager. Representing the Veteran's committee, with McGraw were: Dena Lloyd, Robert Carpenter, Art Romanat, and Ruth Davis.
