Memorial Hospital Staff Celebrates, Tuesday,
Following "Glowing" Inspection From State

It was time for a celebration at Hopkins County Memorial Hospital, on Tuesday afternoon, after the local health care institution received a "glowing" report, from their recent health care inspection. "Our hospital was said to be one of the most efficient and patient friendly of all hospitals in the entire state," explained Donna Rudzik, a member of the Five-Star Team. "So we decided to treat everyone to banana splits, as a way of showing appreciation to the many, many staff members who devote time, energy, and many hours above and beyond the call of duty to make our local health care facility something to be proud of and offer patients the best of care!"

 

 

"Seldom do you get such a wonderful report and we are ecstatic on being recognized for our service, patient care, and general day to day routines at the local hospital," allowed Donna Wallace, also a member of the Five-Star Team. "It's certainly a result of a dedicated staff that strives for excellence in everything they do!"

 

 

 

 

 

Hopkins County Memorial Hospital received one of the very highest ratings from the CMS Regional Inspection Team, that covers a 54 hospital area in the state of Texas.

"It's great to be recognized for a good job," expressed one member of the hospital staff. "And, this sure is the perfect way to do it with ice cream and all the trimmings on a hot, hot July day!"

 

 

 

 

"The staff at Memorial Hospital strives every day for excellence, but it's so nice to have inspectors come to your facility and see how much care and consideration is devoted," added Jackie Thornton, a member of the Five-Star Team and Hospital Foundation Director. "We know we have an excellent group of people delivering health care to our community, but for trained inspectors to arrive at the same conclusion, is quite rewarding for all us at Hopkins County Memorial Hospital, who strive for excellence!"
