Miles For Micah 5K Began a
Busy Saturday in Hopkins County

Reese Ragan helped with delivering runners water at the Alliance Bank location.

 

 

You had to be up early on Saturday morning, as local runners and walkers began at 7:30 a.m. in a fundraising event to raise funds for the local Micah Reed Family, to help defray medical costs during his battle with cancer. Participants began at Buford Park, made the trek around the Downtown Square, and then returned to the finish line, in the Park.

Organizers were still tabulating funds, at press time, but were pleased with the number of people who arrived to help in Saturday morning's event.
