in Locating Missing East Texas Man

Lufkin, Texas........The Lufkin Police Department is seeking help in locating Curtis Chambers, age 49, of Lufkin, who was last seen on Friday, July 27th.

Chambers, who suffers from paranoid schizophrenia, left his home in Lufkin, on Friday, when he told his sister he was planning to go fishing on Lake Sam Rayburn. The man has not returned home or been in contact with relatives, since that time.

 

 

He was last seen driving a light green, 1995 Isuzu Rodeo truck, license plate # BW1G692, and wearing jeans, a dark colored shirt, and black shoes.

Chambers has been reported to go missing before, and has traveled as far as Oklahoma, on previous trips, so be on the "look-out" for him. Should you spot Chambers, please contact the Lufkin Police Department, at (936)633-0356 or Detective David Cross @ (903)630-0546.
