2012 North Hopkins Homecoming Queen

As the climax of an active week at North Hopkins School, as Homecoming was observed, Leydie Franco was crowned the 2012 North Hopkins Homecoming Queen, in ceremonies, Friday night. Leydie was one of four seniors chosen for the Homecoming Court and was escorted by her father, Jose Olando Franco. She has attended North Hopkins School since the third grade, where she is an officer in BETA Club, Student Council President, Senior Class President, yearbook editor, and a member of the UIL team. She participates in volleyball and golf and enjoys singing in her church choir. After graduation, Leydie plans to do a summer internship, evangelizing, and then plans to attend college and a Bible institute. She plans to major in business.
