Yantis Lady Owls Upset Lady Panthers
On Homecoming Night

The Yantis Lady Owls came to North Hopkins on Friday night and "stole" a Homecoming victory from the Lady Panthers, to mar the week-long homecoming festivities. The Lady Owls jumped to an early lead in the game and finished with 57-28 decision. The Lady Panthers continued to battle throughout the game, but could never overcome the shooting power of the Lady Owls, as they experienced a "sluggish" night beneath the bucket.
