Discount Tire and Wheel was Awarded the "Mayor's Choice Award."

 

Following Saturday night's Lions Club Lighted Christmas Parade, an awards ceremony was held at Gerald Prim Stadium to name those floats that won cash prizes for their efforts. Lions Club members received the scores from the out-of-town judges and awarded prizes to the following entries:

 

In the Small Business category:

• 1)      Fix and Feed

 

 

 

 

• 2)      Discount Wheel and Tire

 

 

 

• 3)      Shining Star

 

 

 

 

 

In the Non-Profit category:

• 1)      Triumph Christian Center

 

 

 

• 2)      Winterfield Baptist

 

 

 

• 3)      Dairy Festival Queen

 

 

 

 

 

And the winner of the Large Business category and the annual trophy:
