"Pink Fluff"
Easy Summertime Flavor and
Captures Judges' Attention

Cindy Law entered her "Pink Fluff" recipe in Saturday's
Dairy Festival Food Show and captured Youth Best of Show.

It's hot outside and you certainly don't want to "heat-up" the kitchen to prepare something for dinner, but you're craving something sweet, nutritious, and light! Well, try Cindy Law's "Pink Fluff" recipe for a simple dessert that is loaded with both flavor and nutrition. She prepared the dish for Saturday's Dairy Festival Food Show and captured the "taste attention" of the judges, as they recognized the outstanding flavor of the recipe, that is so simple to make.

 

 

 

Pink Fluff

Cindy Law

2 - 6 ounce boxes of Jello (any flavor, I use Cherry)

4 cups whipping cream, whipped

2 - 1 lb. cartons of cottage cheese

2  - small cans of crushed pineapple, drained

Mix all ingredients and refrigerate until set.

Serve with your choice of fresh fruits.
