Sulphur Springs Continuing Education in January

The Continuing Education Department at Paris Junior College –Sulphur Springs Center will offer several classes in January.

The Initial Basic Life Support class on lifesaving skills for respiratory and cardiac emergencies will meet from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 18. The American Hearth Association certifies the class.

Basic Life Support Recertification for CPR certified cardholders will be offered from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 7. The American Heart Association certifies the class.

 

 

 

Medication Aide Update will be held from 12:30-4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 18. The course content fulfills the annual renewal requirements for certified medication aides according to specifications of the Texas Department of Health. Med Aides should take this course one month before their certification card expires.
