Rachel's Challenge Pep Rally
Provides Christmas Gifts For Staten Island

Students at Sulphur Springs Middle School, who took the "Rachel's Challenge" learned "first-hand" that once a dream is put into action, that great things happen! Such was the case when SSMS students Breanna Isham and Laura Caviness had a dream of providing Christmas gifts for those affected by Hurricane Sandy......now over 300 Christmas gifts are headed to Staten Island to make Christmas brighter, compliments of the Sulphur Springs Middle School.

A pep rally was hosted on Friday afternoon at the school to collect the gifts and spread Christmas spirit all the way to New York. Videos were made and youth in Staten Island will be the beneficiaries of gifts being sent to them for Christmas.

Enjoy these photos from the SSMS Rachel's Challenge Christmas Pep Rally:

I'm quite sure that the youth on Staten Island will get at "big kick"
out of the Texas ice skaters!

Congratulations to SSMS
For Accepting Rachel's Challenge!!!
