Relay For Life Announces
Campaign Results

After a night of music and walking, on Saturday morning, at 6:00 a.m., "bleary-eyed" individuals, who had seen the sun come up, heard the results of this year's Relay for Life Campaign. Campaign Chair, Tony Aguilar, thanked all of those who had participated and began announcing the winners in a number of categories, for both youth and adults. Campaign total, to date, was $66,873.00, but additional funds will be added in the next few days, as more monies will be coming in.

Youth Division Awards were:

Most Money Collected - First United Methodist Church Youth Group
Most Luminaria Sales - First United Methodist Church Youth Group
Spirit Baton Award - Saltillo School Youth
Campsite Award - Cumby Youth
Spirit Award - Saltillo Youth

 

 

 

 

 

Adult Division Awards were:

Most Money Collected - MorningStar Foods
Most Luminaria Sales - Saltillo School Teachers
Spirit Baton Award - Farmers Electric Coop
Campsite Award - Super Handy
Spirit Award - Phi Theta Kappa
