Saltillo Lady Lions Take
Area Championship in Bells, Thursday Night

A large crowd of Saltillo Lady Lions fans followed the team on a long trip to Bells, Texas, Thursday night, for the Area Championship match-up with the Prairie Valley Lady Bulldogs. The Lady Lions had a slow start to the game, in the first quarter, but were ahead 11-6 by quarter's end, and had control of the game throughout the contest, beating the Lady Bulldogs 55-23 and capturing the Area crown.

 

 

Game Stats are:

Saltillo                 11   20   12   13  = 55

Prairie Valley      6     6     5     6   = 23
