For the second time in the day, local firemen were called to an abandoned structure fire, on Saturday night. The fire was in a small barn, next to an abandoned house located on Hwy-67 West, near I-30. Firemen were called to the scene at approximately 9:30 p.m., and fought the fire for about an hour. Firemen had been called out approximately 12 hours earlier, to a historic home on Connally Street, that was unoccupied.
