Sausage-Corn Bread Stuffing

Thanksgiving is almost here and the following Sausage-Corn Bread Stuffing is a nice addition to the holiday table, using a unique blend of flavors and serves well with turkey, as a main menu item.

 

 

 

 

Sausage-Corn Bread Stuffing

1/2 pound bulk pork
2 1/2 cups water
1 cup cooked whole kernel corn

1 1/2 cups Cheddar Cheese
2 tablespoons of chopped celery
3 tablespoons chopped onion
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
8 cups Corn Bread Stuffing

In a large saucepan, over medium-high heat, cook
sausage, onions, and celery, until sausage begins to
brown and celery and onions are tender.

Drain excess fat.

Stir in the water, whole kernel corn, cheese, and parsley.
Add the stuffing mix and mix thoroughly.

Spoons into greased 3 quart casserole dish.

Cover and bake at 350 degrees in oven, for
25 minutes.

Makes 10-12 Servings!
