Sulphur Springs......
It was a lesson in "never give up" that has the Sulphur Bluff Bears continuing to advance in the play-offs, as they come from behind on Monday night, to defeat the Fruitvale Bobcats in Bi-District action. Behind 17 -31 at the halftime intermission, the Bears continued to fight and delivered an explosive third quarter, scoring twenty-one points, while holding the Bobcats to only 6 points. Then, to "put the icing on the cake," the Bears outscored the Bobcats 18-14 in the fourth and final period, to take the victory 56-51.

"We had a great comeback in the second half," expressed Coach Marshall Moore. "We had a group of seniors that decided they weren't through playing basketball and came back with an outstanding second half effort, to deliver the win!"
