The Springs Shopping Center
Hosts Ribbon Cutting, Wednesday

Family, friends, co-workers, and community leaders attended a noon ribbon cutting at The Springs Shopping Center on Gilmer Street, Wednesday. The group celebrated with owners Randy and Wendy Rushin, as they purchased the property and completely renovated the outside of the building, making a very nice addition to the downtown area of Sulphur Springs. The property only had one tennant when they purchased the property and most likely will be completely filled within the next week.

"We want to thank everyone for coming out and joining us today, and being a part of what we've had a vison of for a long time," expressed owner Randy Rushin, as he addressed the crowd. "We're thankful for our new tennants and thankful to be able to revitalize this property into something that everyone can be proud of! We want to thank the City of Sulphur Springs for their help with the codes and allowing us to make this into a viable property!"

 

 

 

 

Tennants now in the property include: City Style Hair Salon, Sister Babies, Heart of Hope, and Alta Terra Realty.

 

Congratulations to Randy and Wendy on all of their hard work in making this into a beautiful property and a very nice addition to the downtwon area!
