Sulphur Springs FFA member, Ashlyn Rosamond, was smiling on Wednesday, when she was notified that she was the winner of the Thermadyne Industries Welding Award. The award is representative of a table that she constructed in the Sulphur Springs Vocational Agriculture Shop, as a student in the Ag Mechanics Class. She will receive a $500.00 prize for her efforts.

However, it wasn't only Ashlyn that was smiling, as a part of the award was a new Mig-Stick-Tig Welder with a spool gun, for the Sulphur Springs Ag Mechanics Shop. Instructor Dan Froneberger and Vice-Principal Tommy Panter were all smiles, as well!!

The award was presented by Mr. J. Jones of the Thermadyne Industries!

Congratulations, Ashlyn & SS FFA!!!
