Wildcat Band Earns Top Ratings
at Saturday Contest

Sulphur Springs Wildcat Band earned First Division ratings from every judge at the Saturday's Northeast Texas Marching Contest in Mt. Pleasant. Also, the color guard, percussion anddrum major also earned First Division ratings from judges in those individual captions. The band was also chosen to be one of eight bands to come back and perform in the Finals competition, where they finished fifth out of 29 bands.

 

 

 

 

Chandler Folmar was chosen Most Outstanding Drum Major for the entire competition.

The Wildcat Band now sets its sights on the UIL Region IV Marching Contest. They will perform at 2:15 Tuesday at Mt. Pleasant's Sam Parker Field.
