It was in pre-game activities, before the Sulphur Springs Wildcats' match-up with the Denison Yellow Jackets, that Olivia Stribling, daughter of Barry and Ann Stribling was named the 2007 Sulphur Springs High School Homecoming Queen. Stribling and ten other young ladies had been named earlier in the week to the 2007 Homecoming Court and the queen was selected by secret ballot in an election of the student body at SSHS.

Homecoming Queen Olivia Stribling was escorted by her father, Barry Stribling.

Selected at Homecoming Princesses were senior Kelsey Evans, the daughter of Doug and Sharla Evans, and Luz Hernandez, daughter of Martha Bonilla.

Homecoming Princess Kelsey Evans was escorted by her father, Doug Evans.

The Homecoming week activities continued as the Sulphur Springs Wildcat football team defeated the Yellow Jackets and claimed a Homecoming victory, before a large crowd at Gerald Prim Stadium.

The Wildcat Band and the Blue Blazes Drill Team performed special Homecoming presentations for the crowd and the celebrations continued.
