A regular meeting of the Sulphur Springs ISD school board was held Monday, December 10, 2012.

 

PUBLIC FORUM

 

No one requested to address the Board during Public Forum.

 

ADMINISTRATIVE REPORTS

 

Board members were furnished with copies of the following Head Start informational items:  Director’s Report for November 2012 and Policy Council Minutes for November 2012

 

A report was given on board member training credit hours.  All board members have met or exceeded the minimum yearly requirements for training.

 

Betty Lawson reported on the Year One, Stage One AYP Intervention Plan for Bowie Primary.

 

Jason Evans reported on the Sulphur Springs Middle School Academically Unacceptable Year One Intervention.

 

Michael Lamb updated board members on College/Career Activities (information will be released through local media outlets)
