A regular meeting of the Sulphur Springs ISD school board was held on Monday, January 14, 2013.

 

PUBLIC FORUM

 

Board members were recognized in honor of National School Board Recognition Month.  Campuses presented cards, posters and gifts of appreciation to members.

 

Betty Lawson conducted a public hearing on the District Performance Report/Academic Excellence Indicator System for the 2011-2012 school year.

 

 

 

 

 

 

ADMINISTRATIVE REPORTS

 

Betty Lawson gave a report on Special Programs Budgeted Funds for the 2012-2013 school year.

 

Sherry Chester gave a report on the Fuel Up to Play 60 grant application.

 

Head Start informational items were given to board members:  Refunding Notice Memo, Director’s Report for December and ACF PI Summaries for April 2012, September 2012, December 2012 & January 2013
