Sulphur Springs Rebels Win
World Series

SS Rebels just finished up their 2012 year with a combined record of 72 -20. Our current winning percentage is .782.

In the Fall we played in a league called, Deep East Texas and won our division with a record of 14 -0 and won the World Series in the league this past weekend in Marshall going 4-1 in tourney play. We won the championship game 16 -3 in which every kid on the team got a base hit. We outscored our opponents 255 -60 this fall!!!!

 

This was our 2nd fall in a row to play Deep East and last Fall we also won the division and the World Series going 21-0 thru the league and World Series.

 

 

 

We played in 10 tournaments in the DFW area this spring winning one of them and placing in the top 3 in 7 of them. One tourney of which was the FIRST ever baseball tourney held in Dallas Cowboys Stadium !!!!

 

 

This is a great group of kids who absolutely love baseball more than any other group of kids I have ever been around. Their parents have sacrificed a ton of time and spent many of dollars and nights in hotels in order for their boys to be able to succeed as high as they have and we owe them a great amount of recognition for this.
