Nehemiah Foundation Addresses
Sulphur Springs Resource Group, at Monthly Meeting

The local Nehemiah Foundation was the speaker for Tuesday's Sulphur Springs Resource Group, monthly meeting, at Can Help. The group is composed of community volunteers who work to make people aware of the variety of programs available for help in the Hopkins County area. Valanderous Bell and Michelle Ivory, of the Nehemiah Foundation explained their program and the many facets of qualifying for home ownership.

They outlined that there is a financial education class that must be completed, and that there are certain guidelines to qualify for the home ownership program.

An Open House for the Nehemiah Foundation's newest home will be held at 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, June 26, at 219 West Ross Street in Sulphur Springs.
