Southwest Dairy Museum Hosts
Business After Hours, Thursday
by: Bobby McDonald
Well, naturally, it was cheese and dairy products on the table at Thursday's Business After Hours, hosted by the Southwest Dairy Museum, as Carolyn McKinney and her staff provided some of the best dairy delights and opened a beautifully decorated museum for everyone's enjoyment. With the lawn featuring an array of Christmas displays, guests entered the museum and found over 30 Christmas trees brightly decorated, to set the mood for a wonderful evening of visiting and networking.
McKinney and her staff offered a number of dips, cheese varieties, cheesecakes, and everything good, as well as coffee, lemonade, and hot cider, to provide guests with a sense of holiday excitement.
Southwest Dairy Museum employees displayed a variety of "crates" that are available for Christmas gifts and they can be mailed to those family and friends, who live out of town, making the perfect gift.

A host of door prizes were given away, with the "grand prize" winner being Linda Galliger, who donated the large cheese crate back to be won by Rowena Johnson!
Thanks to Carolyn McKinney and her staff for a wonderful and beautiful eveing at the Southwest Dairy Museum.
