EMS Crews Free Woman
From Burning Vehicle, Thursday Morning

Emergency Medical Service Crews were called to the scene of a burning vehicle on Hopkins County Road 3535, near Saltillo, at approximately 4:15 a.m. on Thursday morning. A woman was trapped inside the vehicle, according to reports, with the doors locked.

EMS personnel freed the woman from the vehicle and she was flown to Medical Center of Plano, where reports are that she is now in stable condition.

The vehicle was towed to a local impoundment area and was being investigated by both the Hopkins County Sheriffs Department detectives and the Fire Marshall, later on Thursday morning, to determine the cause of the fire.
