The Cats "took the sting" out of the Yellow Jackets, early in the game and continue to play excellent football, as the game progressed. The final score reflected a 56-25 win for the Wildcats.

"Everyone played great football, on Friday night," exclaimed Head Coach Greg Owens. "We played a balanced game and were able to connect in our passing game to realize the victory!"

When the statistics were read, Wildcat quarterback Ty Rollison was over 70% for the night and had completed 292 yards of passing yardage. In the rushing game, the night saw the Wildcats accumulate 105 yards.

"What was so spectacular about this game was that it was a balanced attack," expressed Owens. "The offense and defense both contributed to the win and showed what they are capable of doing, when everyone works together to put points on the board!"

The Wildcats (2-1) for the season, heads for Sherman, next Friday night, where they will face a team that lost on Friday night to Terrell.
